BOB Roastery

Production spaces and coffee shop for the BOB Coffee Lab roastery in the “Customs Warehouses Building”. The building is part of the “Romanian Commodity Exchange” historical heritage ensemble. We designed a self sustained structure, without touching the existing building, a “building within the building. The spaces are organized around an internal “atrium” which will also host events and art exhibitions. The partitions are in metal, with similar proportions and profiles as period ones.
