Principe Pio Madrid

As part of  Theleisureway team, CCStudio developed a design concept for the outdoor area around the historical Central Station in Madrid. As in many cities, the neighbourhood near the station is derelict and unfriendly. The building is almost barricaded towards its blighted surroundings. Theleisureway's strategy, aims to transform the area in a pedestrian friendly multipurpose leisure space.
